Why Glass Beats Plastic for CO2 Diffusion
Glass atomizers use a fine ceramic or fritted disc to break CO2 into a much finer mist than a plastic atomizer typically achieves, meaning more of the gas dissolves before it can rise and escape at the surface. They're also the standard choice for planted tanks where the equipment itself is part of the visual presentation.

How to Use a Glass Atomizer
