Live Animal Shipping Policy

Aquarium Supply LLC will ship your item to the address provided on the order. We will not ship outside the contiguous United States. 

We do not ship on U.S. national holidays. 

We do not ship friday for saturday delivery. 

Live Animals are only shipped Next Day Air. 

We do not ship when weather is forecasted that might affect delivery times in affected regions. 

DOA Policy

If your livestock arrives unalived, please contact us within 1 hours of the delivery. We require images of fish or coral. Once the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Image must be of the coral inside the bag.

 

Shipping Policy

We Ship UPS and will send tracking as soon as the item ships. 

Return shipping for any approved warranties are not covered and will be subtracted from the approved credit total.

Missed Delivery

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package to you, you can either have us re-attempt shipment or you can cancel the order. In both cases, you will be charged for all shipping fees.

Our first goal is to get you the correct product at a great price and follow up with great service. Before ordering a product you are unsure of, please call us and we will be happy to help you out. This will allow you to order the correct products in the first place.

In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will work with you until resolution.
