AEFW X 1000 ml

Fauna Marin AEFW X is a reef-safe, capsaicin-based treatment that targets Acropora-eating flatworms (AEFW) and the newer NAEFW variant without poisoning the display.

• Active ingredient: capsaicin extract (under 2% of formulation)
• Acute infestation dose: 4 ml per 100 L (26 US gal), daily for 4-6 weeks
• Prevention dose: 2 ml per 100 L (26 US gal), daily
• 1000 ml bottle — best value for larger systems or full treatment cycles
• Reef safe at labeled dose — will not harm fish, corals, or invertebrates

AEFW X doesn't kill flatworms outright — it blocks larval development so reproductive adults can't complete metamorphosis. That means continued daily dosing through a full 4-6 week cycle is what actually breaks an infestation, not a single treatment.

Compatible with: Fauna Marin AEFW M, used alongside or after treatment to support Acropora mucus production and recovery.
