The AI Axis 40 Centrifugal Pump is the mid-size model in AquaIllumination's Axis return pump line, stepping up flow capacity from the Axis 20 while keeping the same quiet DC motor and smart coordination features.

• Anti-siphon calibration: instead of shutting off completely, the pump keeps spinning without producing flow — this prevents back-siphoning and avoids air bubbles when it resumes normal operation

The interchangeable barbed nozzles are worth noting when planning plumbing — you can size the outlet up or down without swapping the whole pump as your system's needs change.
