Brightwell Aquatics PhytōGreen-M is a concentrated live phytoplankton suspension sized for filter-feeding invertebrates - corals, clams, sponges, and tunicates - that feed on suspended microalgae rather than larger particulate foods.

• Concentration: over 650 million phytoplankton cells per ml
• Supplemented with a proprietary amino acid blend to support invertebrate coloration

Filter feeders that can't take meaty foods rely entirely on what's suspended in the water column - a dense, small-celled phytoplankton like this is often the only practical base diet for clams, sponges, and non-photosynthetic filter feeders in a mixed reef tank.

Compatible with: refugia, clam and sponge systems, and general reef tanks running supplemental invertebrate feeding.
