The Reef Octopus Classic 110SSS protein skimmer is an ideal choice for aquariums up to 130 gallons that have limited sump space. Made of high-quality acrylic, this skimmer can be fully disassembled for easy cleaning. Equipped with the new Aquatrance pinwheel pump, it effectively removes waste by creating the perfect balance of water and air. The precision vented wedge valve output ensures quiet operation as it allows the cleaned water to exit the skimmer below the surface. For larger tanks, the Classic 150SSS model is also available. This internal model is designed for use in a sump and does not require a feed pump. The skimmer is best suited for aquariums with a bioload that is in proportion to its tank volume. The Classic 110SSS has a small footprint but delivers high performance, making it an efficient and quiet choice for any tank setup.
