DKI 1,3 B-Glucan 50g

DKI 1,3 β-Glucan is a 0.8mm immunostimulant granule sourced from the diatom microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, formulated to support marine fish immune function and gut health.

• Granule size: 0.8mm pellet
• Source: microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum
• Bioactive compounds: omega-3 fatty acid EPA, the carotenoid pigment fucoxanthin, and chrysolaminarin (a natural beta-glucan storage carbohydrate)
• Function: immunostimulant that enhances disease resistance, modulates the gut microbiome, and reduces Vibrio-genus bacteria
• Package size: 50g
• Fed as part of a mixed diet alongside a staple food

Beta-glucans are one of the better-studied immune primers in aquaculture — they don't treat active disease, but rotating a beta-glucan-rich supplement into a fish's diet helps prime immune response and can reduce Vibrio populations in the gut, which matters most during stress events like shipping, quarantine, or a new tank introduction.

Includes: One 50g pouch of DKI 1,3 β-Glucan 0.8mm granules.

Compatible with: Feed alongside DKI Marine or other staple pellets as part of a mixed diet; same 0.8mm format as the rest of the DKI additive line.
