DYMAX BASE SOIL 3L

Dymax Base Soil is a nutrient-rich granular substrate for planted freshwater aquariums, designed to feed root-feeding plants and support a stable, clear tank.

• 3L bag (also available in 1L and 9L)
• Granular structure that holds its shape underwater
• Contains natural nutrients and trace elements for root uptake

Because the granules keep their structure instead of compacting into mud, water can still flow through the substrate bed — that keeps it from going anaerobic and sour while still giving beneficial bacteria extra surface area to colonize, on top of feeding plant roots directly.

Compatible with: Planted freshwater aquariums, shrimp tanks, and aquascapes using root-feeding plants (Cryptocoryne, swords, stem plants).
