The Reef Octopus Bubble Blaster 1000 Skimmer Pump (HY-1000S) is the OEM pump behind the SRO 1000 In-Sump Protein Skimmer, purpose-built for air shredding rather than adapted from a standard water pump. A digital control circuit board manages startup and RPM, and a clear volute housing lets you visually check for obstructions without disassembly.
