HYDROS Start

The HYDROS Start is an entry-level aquarium controller for anyone moving up from bare power strips — plug-and-play temperature monitoring and outlet control for a saltwater tank, freshwater system, or pond.

• 4 controllable AC outlets — 8A each, 14A total maximum
• 2 auxiliary 12V Drive Ports — 1.5A each, 3A total maximum, for ATO pumps or cooling fans
• 4 Sense Ports supporting temperature, fluid level, leak detection, flow rate, and TDS sensors
• 2 Command Bus connections for expanding your setup
• Dimensions: 9.5 x 4.75 x 3.25in; 6ft power cord

Why this matters: the Start gives you the same cloud-based HYDROS app, remote access, and Sense/Drive Port ecosystem as the higher-end HYDROS controllers, in a simpler four-outlet package — so you can add sensors and automation later without switching platforms.

Includes: Start controller and temperature sensor.

Compatible with: the full line of HYDROS Sense Port and Drive Port accessories (leak sensors, water level sensors, ATO solenoids, and more).
