IceCap Heater Controller

The IceCap Heater Controller connects up to two heating elements (sold separately) and gives you precise, accurate temperature control instead of relying on each heater's own built-in thermostat — useful since many bare titanium and glass heater elements have no thermostat at all.

Running two heaters off one controller at half-wattage each (rather than one heater at full power) is a common reliability practice — if one element fails, the other still provides partial heating instead of the tank going fully cold.

Compatible with: most heating elements up to a combined 1,000 watts.
