The IceCap 1in Biological Frag Disc (25pcs) is a compact, porous ceramic-sphere mounting disc built for coral propagation. Unlike solid traditional frag plugs, the biological ceramic construction lets water flow through the disc itself, encouraging genuine encrusting growth rather than just surface contact.

• Dimensions: 1in diameter x 0.25in thick
• Quantity: 25 pieces per bag
• Best for: Montipora, Zoanthids, Chalices, small SPS colonies, and Euphyllia (torch, hammer, frogspawn)
• Color: natural tan — blends into reef displays instead of standing out like bright white plugs
• pH: neutral (7-7.5), safe for reef and mixed systems

The natural tan color isn't just cosmetic — bright white traditional plugs tend to promote more algae growth by contrast, while the tan ceramic surface blends in and stays cleaner-looking as frags encrust over it.

Use with: cyanoacrylate super glue gel (sold separately) for mounting.
