IceCap 2.5L HOB Waste Collection Container

The IceCap 2.5L HOB Waste Collection Container is a hang-on-back skimmate collection cup that mounts directly to the aquarium or sump rim, catching protein skimmer overflow with a built-in fail-safe shutoff.

• Capacity: 2500 mL (2.5L)
• Footprint: 6.7 x 6.7in; height 13in
• Maximum mounting width: 1.5in (rim/panel thickness)
• Intake size: 3/8in

Why this matters: a hang-on-back design keeps the waste container off the sump floor and within easy reach for emptying, which matters most on tight sump layouts where an external bucket-style collector wouldn't fit. Like the external models, the float-switch overflow safety needs an IceCap Skimmer Controller to function.

Includes: 1 hang-on-back waste collection container.

Compatible with: rims/panels up to 1.5in thick; IceCap Skimmer Controller (sold separately) required for the float-switch overflow shutoff.
