IceCap Driftwood (XLarge - 24in-32in)

IceCap Driftwood is a natural, chunky wood piece with visible grain and twists, used as a large aquascape centerpiece in freshwater aquariums and reptile terrariums. This is the XLarge size, running 24-32in.

• Size range: 24-32 inches
• Natural coloring varies: reddish-brown, gray, or black depending on species/origin
• Hand-selected and inspected before sale
• Sold by the piece

Why this matters: driftwood's natural twists and knots create real hiding spots and resting ledges for fish, and its rough surface gives moss, epiphytes, and biofilm-grazing shrimp somewhere to anchor and graze — a look and function molded decor can't replicate. At this XLarge size it's built to anchor a larger tank as the main structural feature. Because it's a natural product, plan to soak it for several days (boiling if needed to remove dirt) to waterlog it and pull out excess tannins before it goes in a tank.

Includes: 1 natural driftwood piece (exact shape and color vary by piece).

Compatible with: freshwater aquariums and reptile/amphibian terrariums.
