The Reef Octopus CO2 Scrubber Skimmer Lid 12" (C2C-300) is the largest lid in the C2C line, replacing the standard vented lid on big Reef Octopus skimmers with a sealed port that routes intake air through a CO2 scrubber canister instead of ambient room air.

• Fits: Reef Octopus skimmers with a 12-inch (300-size) neck
• Use: connects to a CO2 scrubber canister (media sold separately) to feed scrubbed air to the skimmer's air intake

On the largest skimmers, air intake volume is substantial — scrubbing that air is one of the most effective ways to stabilize pH in an enclosed fish room housing a big system.

Compatible with: Reef Octopus skimmers using a 12-inch (300-size) neck and lid.
