The Reef Octopus MF300B Complete Media Reactor is an all-in-one hang-on-back media filter kit — it ships with the feed pump, hoses, and fittings needed to run it, so all you supply is the carbon or GFO media itself. It hangs on tank rims up to 1 inch thick, making it a simple retrofit for standard rimmed aquariums.
