RED X 250 ml

Fauna Marin RED X is a biological-organic liquid treatment that controls red and green cyanobacteria along with mild dinoflagellate outbreaks in marine aquariums.

• Targets red and green cyanobacteria, diatoms, and armor (turf) algae
• Also effective against mild dinoflagellate infestations (Ostreopsis, Amphidinium, Prorocentrum, Coolia, and Symbiodinium species)
• Gentle, biological-organic formula — safe for fish, corals, and invertebrates at labeled dosage
• Contains no antibiotics or prescription medications
• 250 ml bottle; registered biocide (BAuA Reg. No. N-77208), marine aquarium use only

Cyanobacteria outbreaks are often blamed on nutrients alone, but once a mat establishes it usually needs direct intervention to clear. RED X's organic mode of action knocks back the bacterial mat and early-stage dinoflagellates without the broad die-off risk of harsher antibiotic-based treatments — a real advantage in a mixed reef with sensitive invertebrates.

Compatible with: marine aquaria only. Follow label dosing and retest water quality before repeating a treatment cycle.
