RTN/STN X 1000 ml

Fauna Marin RTN/STN X is a liquid coral treatment formulated to interrupt rapid and slow tissue necrosis (RTN/STN) by disrupting parasite and fungal development while supporting coral immune response.

• Active ingredient: pyridine-2-thiol-1-oxide; composition includes water, zinc, and chelators
• Standard dosing: 15 ml per 100 L daily, dosed into an area of strong flow, for 7-10 days (can extend if needed)
• Safe for soft corals, sea anemones, stony corals (SPS/LPS), and azooxanthellate corals at labeled dosage
• Remove activated carbon during treatment; skimmer, adsorber media, and UV sterilizer can stay running
• 1000 ml (1 liter) bottle; registered biocide (BAuA Reg. No. N-94587), marine aquaria only

RTN and STN can wipe out a coral within days once tissue loss starts, and by the time it's visible the underlying pathogen is already established. RTN/STN X's zinc-based active ingredient targets the fungal and parasitic activity driving the necrosis while leaving the coral's own defenses intact, buying time for the tissue margin to stabilize.

Compatible with: can be combined with Fauna Marin Bacto Therapy, dosed at 3 ml per 100 L, during the same treatment window.
